Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Refund Duration: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment to qualify. The mode of refund will be via bank transfer.

To be eligible for a refund, your service or product must not have been used or consumed beyond the trial or initial phase of the service.

Non-Refundable Digital Products/Services:

• Downloadable software products
• Subscriptions after use of the service
• Completed digital services such as SEO reports, consultations, or custom development work

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer, and the amount will be credited to your account within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your bank as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced services or products may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
